1. Who we are

This website, My Wedding Song, is operated by Cristian José Núñez Gana, who is the sole person responsible for your personal data (the "data controller").

2. What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the Request a Quote form:

- your full name and email address;

- your wedding date, the type of song or product you are interested in, and the story you share with us;

- your answer to "Are you working with a wedding planner?" (Yes / No / Not yet);

- if you answer Yes: the name of your planner or agency and their website, Instagram or email;

- your consent choices (to reply to your request and, optionally, to contact your wedding planner).

3. Why we use it

We use your data only to reply to your request, prepare your personalised quote and, if you agreed, contact your wedding planner about your booking. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who receives it

Your data is stored and processed by Wix.com, the platform that hosts this website, acting as our data processor. No other third party receives your form data. Your planner is contacted only if you tick the optional consent box.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for 12 months after our last contact with you. After that, we delete it or anonymise it.

6. Cookies and analytics

We do not add any analytics or cookies of our own. Wix may set the essential cookies it needs to run the website by default. See Wix's own privacy and cookie information for details.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw your consent, or to object to or limit how we use it. Contact us using the details in section 1. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
